Vinchoo provides digital marketing, creative, consulting and business growth services. As our services are digital in nature, no physical products are shipped.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when our digital services and deliverables are provided.

Digital Service Delivery

After purchasing a service or signing a service agreement, work will commence according to the agreed project timeline.

Deliverables may include, but are not limited to:

  • Marketing strategies

  • SEO reports

  • Website designs

  • Website development

  • Landing pages

  • Social media content

  • Graphic designs

  • Short-form videos

  • Photography and edited media

  • Paid advertising campaigns

  • Email marketing campaigns

  • Creative assets

  • Monthly reports

  • Performance dashboards

  • Consultation documents

These deliverables are provided electronically through email, cloud storage, project management platforms or other agreed digital methods.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the service purchased and the agreed project scope.

Typical timeframes include:

  • Initial consultation: Within 1–3 business days

  • Marketing audit: 3–7 business days

  • Website projects: Typically 2–8 weeks

  • SEO campaigns: Ongoing monthly service

  • Social media management: According to the agreed monthly content schedule

  • Paid advertising campaigns: Usually launched within 5–10 business days after receiving all required assets and approvals

  • Content creation: Delivered according to the agreed production schedule

Estimated timelines may change if additional revisions, client approvals or requested changes are required.

Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on the Client providing:

  • Required branding assets

  • Website access

  • Advertising account access

  • Business information

  • Product or service details

  • Content approvals

  • Feedback within agreed timeframes

Delays in receiving required information may extend delivery dates.

Revisions

Where included within your agreement, revisions will be completed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of consolidated client feedback.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Digital deliverables may be supplied via:

  • Dropbox

  • OneDrive

  • Website CMS platforms

  • Advertising platforms

  • Project management software

  • Other mutually agreed digital platforms

No Physical Shipping

Vinchoo does not ship physical goods as part of its standard services.

If physical materials are ever produced as part of a bespoke project (such as printed marketing materials or merchandise), shipping costs, delivery methods and estimated delivery times will be agreed separately before production begins.

Service Availability

Our services are available to clients throughout the United Kingdom and internationally.

Most services are delivered remotely through online collaboration.

Where in-person meetings, photography or video production are required, travel arrangements and associated costs will be agreed in advance.
