Overview

Vinchoo provides digital marketing, creative and consulting services. As our services consist primarily of professional time, expertise and digital deliverables, they cannot be "returned" in the same way as physical products.

This policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.


Free Marketing Audit

Our initial marketing audit and strategy consultation are provided free of charge.

There is no obligation to purchase any services following the audit.


Project Deposits

Where a deposit is required, it secures project scheduling, planning and resource allocation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.


Monthly Retainer Services

Many of our services operate on a monthly retainer basis, including but not limited to:

  • SEO

  • Social Media Management

  • Paid Advertising Management

  • Content Creation

  • Email Marketing

  • Ongoing Website Support

  • Marketing Consultancy

These services require a minimum commitment of three (3) months, as outlined in your service agreement.

Following the initial three-month period, services continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with 30 days' written notice.


Cancellation

Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice via email.

Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing period and do not entitle the client to a refund for work already completed or currently in progress.

Any outstanding invoices remain payable.


Refund Eligibility

Because our services involve professional expertise, planning, creative work and time, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

However, refunds may be considered where:

  • A duplicate payment has been made.

  • A billing error has occurred.

  • Vinchoo is unable to deliver the agreed service before work has commenced.

  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.


Work Already Completed

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed consultations

  • Marketing audits

  • Strategy sessions

  • SEO work performed

  • Website design or development completed

  • Content creation

  • Graphic design

  • Photography or videography

  • Paid advertising management already carried out

  • Creative direction

  • Email marketing campaigns created or sent

  • Influencer outreach completed

  • User-generated content commissioned or produced


Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok are managed by those platforms and are not refundable by Vinchoo.

If advertising spend has been paid to Vinchoo for campaign management, any unused budget remaining at the time of cancellation will be returned where reasonably practicable, less any amounts already committed or spent.


Third-Party Costs

Refunds cannot be provided for third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising spend

  • Domain registrations

  • Website hosting

  • Software subscriptions

  • Premium plugins

  • Stock photography or video licences

  • Printing

  • Influencer fees

  • Talent booking fees

  • Location hire

  • Other approved third-party expenses


Website Projects

If a website project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client remains responsible for payment covering work completed up to the cancellation date.

Completed websites, approved designs and delivered assets are not eligible for refunds.


Digital Deliverables

All digital files supplied by Vinchoo—including designs, reports, videos, photography, websites, documents and creative assets—are considered delivered once made available to the client and are not eligible for return or refund.


Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns through discussion, clarification, revisions (where included in your agreement) or another mutually agreed solution before considering a refund.


Chargebacks

If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

We are committed to resolving genuine billing disputes promptly and fairly.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom.
